Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped cabbage
1/2 cup sliced squash
8-10 spinach leaves, torn
1/4 cup dressing
10 carrot strips
10 celery strips
2 large pieces of lettuce

Methods:

Line individual salad bowls with the pieces of lettuce. Mix together the cabbage,
squash, spinach and onion; add the dressing to moisten. Place this in the
lettuce-lined bowls. Garnish with the carrot strips and celery strips.
