Healthy Fried Mee Hoon
For 2 Person
Ingredients:
Brown Rice Mee Hoo - 1/2 packet
Eden Tamari - 3 tablespoon
Eden Shoyu - 2 tablespoon
Taufu - 2 pieces
Choy Sum - 300g
Eden Sauerkraut - 3 tablespoon
Dulse Flakes - 1 teaspoon
Vegetable Cube(sea salt) - 2 cubes
French Atlantic Sea salt - 1 teaspoon
Eden Safflower Oil - 2 teaspoon (best oil for cooking, sustain high heat)
Methods:
1. Cut taufu into pieces and fry with safflower oil.
2. Put in some water and mix with tamari , shoyu , vegetable cube and sea salt.
3. Add in vegetable and cook for 1 minutes.
4. Then add in mee hoon and fried it for about 25 minutes.
5. Lastly stir in sauerkraut and sprinkle dulse flakes on it. |
