Vegetarian Burger

For 2 Person

Ingredients:

1 cup garbanzos, cooked
1 cup rolled oat
1 cup walnut, chopped fine
1 tablespoon Eden - soy sauce
1 onion, minced
1/2 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon sea salt

Method:

1. Blend garbanzos and soymilk until smooth.

2. Combine garbanzos and soymilk mixture with the rest of the ingredients.

3. Form burger patties and brown on both sides on non stick pan or bake at 175°C for 30 minutes till golden brown.
