Black Bean Stew
For 1 Person
Ingredients:
1 cup organic black beans, wash clean
1/4cup organic carrot, diced
1/4cup onion, diced
1/4 organic celery, diced
2cup water
1 tablespoon boxthorn fruit (kei ci)
Method:
1. Put all ingredients in a crock pot. Switch it to 'AUTO' and let it cook over night.
2. Add sea salt to taste in the morning.
