Banana Pancake
For 1 Person
Ingredients:
1 cup organic brown rice, raw
3/4 cup Biogreen organic soyamilk
4 organic banana
seasalt a pinch
organic raw honey to taste
Method:
1. Soak organic brown rice overnight.
2. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
3. Preheat nonstick skillet on medium heat.
4. Pour batter in 1/4 cup portion and cook for about 5 minutes. Turn over when bottom is golden. Cook the same on other side.
Nutritional Fact:
A very nutritious and healthy meal especially for children. Organic brown rice is a good source of B vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates. White rice should be discouraged as it has all the benefits stripped away.
