This is the warm up postures of Sivananda Yoga (Sun Salutation).
All the participants practice the postures.

Wow... this is one of the hardest postures that we learned
that day (p/s : this postures only the master able to do).

其中包括病人扶导,教导静坐,烹饪及健康课程等等…

:
前往印度出家,并在印度色拉寺和鹿野苑[高级藏学研究学院]学习.
这期间也学习Sivanada Yoga
并在学院内教导瑜珈静坐.
Speaker background...
A monk who learned from Professor Lui, helped to popularize
Body, Mind & Spirit Course at Singapore. Meanwhile, patient
counseling; meditation; cooking & healthy class and others
since year 1995 to year 2000.
Become a monk at India, learn Sivanada Yoga and teach Yoga &
Meditation at the same college from year 2001 until now.
